Shipping

We ship VitaXcel, anywhere in the UK.

Shipping costs £3.95. Delivery is FREE on all orders over £25.

Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail tracked or DPD Next Day from our depot in the UK.

Royal Mail expected delivery time: 2 – 3 working days

DPD expected delivery time: 1 working day

Royal Mail orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be despatched the same day. Royal Mail orders made after 2pm UK time will be despatched the next shipping day.

DPD orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be despatched the same day. DPD orders made after 12pm UK time will be despatched the next shipping day.

Please note: The expected delivery times below are as given to us by the shipping companies. All timings are estimates. Parcels can, unfortunately be delayed for many reasons, please check your tracking number with the courier and allow 72 hours before contacting us.

Returns

If you’ve ordered something by mistake, or changed your mind, then returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Simply contact our friendly customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

They will give you the appropriate address, and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. You will have to pay for return postage and when we get the items back we will inspect it and issue you a refund, less our shipping costs. This process can take a couple of days and refunds can take anything up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
